Overview

Senior client-facing role shaping B2C ecommerce strategy for a growing agency. You’ll manage multiple senior stakeholder relationships and act as an extension of client teams to plan discovery, shape solutions, and deliver end-to-end ecommerce projects. Collaborating with technology, solutions and design, you’ll drive growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer journeys and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic partner
Lead ecommerce discovery, requirements gathering and digital strategy
Oversee end-to-end delivery of B2C ecommerce websites and digital products
Coordinate with Technology, Solutions and Design to shape and deliver high-performing experiences
Drive account growth through consultative engagement and expanding services
Ensure project scope, priorities, timelines and stakeholder alignment
Manage multiple client relationships and act as an extension of their team
Translate business challenges into effective digital solutions

Key requirements

Experience in ecommerce, digital consultancy, client services or agency environments with B2C ecommerce expertise
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience leading discovery, strategy development and end-to-end project delivery
Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially minded with understanding of customer experience, UX/UI and customer journeys
