You will lead maintenance, inspections, and emergency response in a high-spec technical environment, focusing on safety, records, and regulatory adherence. You will work closely with the facilities team to uphold performance standards for complex heating and gas installations. Responsibilities
Maintain and service gas systems and related equipment
Conduct regular plantroom and plant inspections to optimize performance
Manage high-temperature hot water (HTHW) systems safely and effectively
Maintain comprehensive work records, training logs, and maintenance logs
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
Coordinate emergency response and issue escalation when needed
