Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workstreams and engagements from scope to go-live
• Manage project teams and mentor junior colleagues
• Facilitate client discovery, requirements, and design workshops; advise on solution and vendor selection
• Design robust planning, consolidation and close solutions
• Support development of client bids and proposals
• Contribute to building the practice through assets and recruitment
• For Senior Manager, ensure delivery quality and shape go-to-market strategies for Finance Planning, Performance & Close

Key requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise across the pillar lifecycle with multiple full implementations
• Strong command of SAP planning and close technologies (SAC Planning, S/4HANA Group Reporting, BPC/BCS) and the financial close/consolidation process
• Experience managing teams and client relationships at peer level
• Proven support for or leadership of client bids and proposals
• Ability to translate technical information for varied audiences; strong written and oral communication
• Consistent high-quality personal and professional standards
