Overview

In this role you will drive the digital transformation of commercial insurance by digitising brokers’ books and delivering market-leading solutions. You’ll work with UK brokers to identify opportunities, build relationships, and transition business onto Chubb’s digital platforms. You’ll combine underwriting expertise with product and process development to create scalable, client-focused outcomes. This is a hands-on, field-facing role with cross-functional collaboration and a clear growth and profitability mandate. You’ll be pivotal in shaping the digital strategy while delivering tangible value to brokers and clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with UK brokers to identify and digitise books of business and bring innovative solutions to market
Travel nationwide to strengthen relationships, finalise deals, and support onboarding onto Chubb’s digital platforms
Act as on-the-ground catalyst, translating broker/customer challenges into growth opportunities
Support product and process development through cross-functional collaboration to deliver client-focused solutions
Underwrite cross-class small commercial business to drive growth and profitability
Assess portfolio performance and contribute to Chubb’s strategic objectives

Key requirements

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Previous experience in Property and Casualty underwriting
Ability to manage needs of diverse stakeholders
Adaptability and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong customer orientation aligned with profitability
Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience in digital or portfolio underwriting is a plus
Understanding of product development and turning insights into actionable improvements
