Area Production Manager

Overview

In this on-site role in Essex, you will lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing and warehousing to ensure safe, on-time production and delivery. You will steer production scheduling, stock control and traceability while upholding food safety standards (HACCP and BRC). You’ll monitor KPIs such as efficiency, waste and yield and drive continuous improvement across the operation. This is a hands-on leadership role within a growing food business that values reliable, compliant operations and team development.

Responsibilities
