Technical Services Manager

Overview

In this role you will oversee technical services for commercial fit-out projects in and around Central London, focusing on delivering multi-million pound M&E packages. You will work with the project team to ensure installations meet programme and quality targets, supporting the broader office interiors and refurbishment agenda. You will engage with clients and manage external contractors to drive project delivery. The position offers exposure to high-profile office and banking sector schemes within a reputable, growth-focused contractor. You will contribute to shaping successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare method statements and risk assessments
• Issue permits to work
• Oversee the installation of mechanical & electrical programmes on site
• Attend client meetings
• Manage outside contractors

Key requirements

• Experience delivering fit-out services across the Commercial sector, with emphasis on Office and Commercial Banking sectors

• Client-facing communication
• Leadership and contractor management
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork
