Overview

In this role you will own and modernise core business systems, focusing on ERP, data quality, and reporting to support multiple business functions. You will collaborate across sales, finance, purchasing, and operations to streamline processes and improve performance. You’ll lead system upgrades, enable data-driven decisions, and partner with external IT providers while guiding end-user training and documentation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with real impact on efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve core ERP and business applications to ensure stability, performance and data quality
• Use SQL to extract, analyse and manage business data
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate across sales, finance, purchasing, inventory and warehousing to improve processes and systems
• Support system upgrades, implementations and technology projects
• Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners
• Provide user support, training and clear system documentation
• Identify practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and business performance

Key requirements

• Proven experience supporting and improving ERP or business management systems, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing support
• Strong SQL and reporting skills, with experience using Power BI
• Knowledge of data integration, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and business processes (advantageous)
• Commercially minded, analytical, solutions-focused and comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
