Commercial Property Professional Support Lawyer

Overview

As a Commercial Property PSL, you will support the team by keeping abreast of regulatory changes and refining knowledge resources. You’ll update precedents, prepare legal updates, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing. You will provide technical guidance on complex matters and help establish best practices across the department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the advisory side of commercial property and wants to transition from fee-earning while leveraging deep technical expertise. You’ll work closely with Partners and colleagues to drive knowledge-driven improvements and support across the team.

Responsibilities

• monitor legislative and regulatory developments

• provide technical guidance on complex commercial property matters
• assess practical implications of changes in the law
• help establish best practice across the department
• identify areas needing further technical support, guidance or training

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property
• strong technical understanding of commercial real estate
• excellent research and communication skills
• comfortable sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
• willingness to transition into a PSL role (training and support provided)
