Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Oversee remortgages, new build transactions and transfers of equity
• Maintain and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver high level client service and build relationships with clients, agents, and other professionals
• Involve yourself in business development activities

Key requirements

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' experience
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid experience using case management systems
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements
• Experience in landlord and tenant matters or leasehold extensions is advantageous
