As AWS Technical Account Manager, you act as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers. You craft strategies to drive cloud adoption, guide architecture, and uphold operational health. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk, optimize costs, and unlock value from AWS. Responsibilities

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance while advocating for the customer
• Keep AWS environments operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
• Develop trusting relationships by understanding business needs and technical challenges
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk with a customer-centric approach
• Consult with developers through to executives and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services, and Sales
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional value from AWS
• Solve problems across various customers during cloud migrations
• Increase customer capabilities via workshops and enablement sessions

Key requirements

• Experience in technical engineering
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data/security/applications in distributed systems
• Preferred: Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
• Preferred: Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing technical leadership
