In this role you will manage a busy employment caseload advising employer clients on employment law and HR matters. Responsibilities

• Manage a busy employment caseload
• Advise employer clients on employment law and HR matters
• Build strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused advice
• Participate in HR and Employment Law training initiatives
• Collaborate with an expanding team to support growth and development

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE as Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Collaborative/team-oriented approach
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for occasional client visits
