Responsibilities
Provide procurement strategy guidance within project or programme contexts
Collaborate on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes
Support development of Contract Services offerings and services
Support delivery of team and wider business targets
Assist in strengthening work-winning capabilities for the team
Key requirements
Experience in strategic procurement environment
Experience in tender preparation and development
Experience in developing and awarding contracts solo or within a team
Knowledge of multiple supply markets and Public Contract Regulations or equivalent
Awareness of NEC and JCT standard form contracts
Working towards or holding Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply
Degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement (preferred)
Experience in Defence, Utilities, Infrastructure sectors (preferred)
