Responsibilities
Support BIM and digital construction strategy delivery across multiple projects
Facilitate collaborative model reviews using 3D modelling and digital workflows
Provide guidance on information management and BIM best practices
Ensure compliance with project and client digital requirements
Promote benefits of digital construction internally and externally
Collaborate with design, commercial, planning and construction teams to maximise project information value
Contribute to continuous improvement and development of digital standards, processes, and procedures
Support teams to achieve high-quality information delivery throughout the project lifecycle
Manage digital deliverables across several projects with deadlines and client requirements
Key requirements
Minimum HND level qualification in a relevant discipline
Experience in BIM, Digital Construction, Design Management, or Construction Management
Clear understanding of BIM and its benefits in construction
Experience applying 3D tools for collaborative model reviews
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to learn and deploy new technologies quickly
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality
Strong interpersonal skills to support teams through information modelling and raise awareness of digital opportunities
