Business Development Executive

Overview

As a Business Development Executive in the Allstar Business Solutions division, you drive growth by bringing in new fleet partners and onboarding clients for our EV charging solutions. You’ll operate from the Knaresborough office with a hybrid option after training, working to hit revenue targets and expand our commercial presence. You engage prospects primarily over phone/Zoom and build long-term relationships with fleets of varying sizes. This role offers a blend of sales, consulting, and strategic pipeline management within a supportive, performance-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Sell to new and existing customers, with a focus on mid-to-large fleets, and drive revenue via EV charging solutions
• Manage and convert opportunities across the sales pipeline with strategic plans for short, medium, and long term deliverables
• Consult with clients to provide professional, tailored solutions that meet explicit needs and maximize opportunity
• Conduct regular commercial reviews of the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and risks
• Engage in continuous self-improvement through internal and external training and cross-channel networking
• Work primarily by phone/Zoom (about 90%) with some face-to-face interaction; support hybrid working after training

Key requirements

• Experience in telesales or a similar sales role; SaaS sales is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-driven, with proven sales target attainment
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
