Responsibilities
Oversee contract delivery across multiple sites and regions to meet programme milestones
Manage site managers and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Control project budgets, timelines, and client expectations
Coordinate retrofit works across social housing schemes (Solar PV, ventilation/insulation, windows/doors, planned refurbishment)
Maintain strong client relationships and progress reporting
Ensure adherence to relevant standards and safety requirements
Key requirements
Strong contracts management experience in social housing
Retrofit and planned works experience
Knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 and SHDF
Experience managing site managers and subcontractors
Strong commercial, programme and client management skills
