In this role you join McKinsey’s Experienced Professional recruiting team in London to support end-to-end recruitment for expert management consultants. You’ll partner with regional recruiters and HR colleagues to craft sourcing strategies and assess candidates, helping identify top talent for diverse practices. You’ll lead projects, run events, and manage sourcing via our internal CRM and recruiting systems, while benefiting from strong mentorship and coaching. Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional recruiting teams and HR functions
Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines
Coordinate events and marketing activities for recruiting
Direct sourcing via internal CRM and external platforms
Screen candidates and provide coaching and feedback
Lead projects and drive 360-degree recruitment initiatives
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across practices
Key requirements
University degree
2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience
Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service mindset
Team-oriented with ability to work independently
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Fluency in other European languages is advantageous
