As Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will design and execute strategies that drive revenue growth across the organization. You will lead GTM initiatives, optimize revenue operations, and align cross‑functional teams with company objectives. You will leverage AI and data analytics to improve forecasting, pipeline health, and decision making. This role centers on scalable SaaS operations, stakeholder management, and delivering measurable business outcomes while shaping a data‑driven, collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
Design and execute revenue operations strategies aligned with go-to-market plans to hit growth targets
Lead GTM initiatives to ensure scalable SaaS operations and alignment with business objectives
Continuously improve revenue operations leveraging insights and best practices
Partner with Finance to optimize budgets, resources, and ROI; align financial planning with ops strategy
Leverage AI and data analytics to drive predictive insights, forecasting, and pipeline health
Create and lead enablement programs for sales teams, incorporating AI into training and onboarding
Lead global teams through digital transformation and cross‑functional alignment
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex information clearly to executives
Demonstrate deep understanding of technology sales, SaaS trends, and market dynamics
Ensure ethical conduct and compliance across operations
Key requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS or technology environment
Expertise in AI, data analytics, and sales enablement technologies
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management skills
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and global team leadership
High business acumen and understanding of industry trends
