Responsibilities
Manage and nurture enquiries from potential buyers
Conduct viewings and present developments and purchasing options
Provide professional, customer-focused service throughout the buying journey
Progress reservations to completion and coordinate with solicitors and mortgage advisors
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Ensure show homes and sales offices are presented to a high standard
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver updates and support
Work towards individual and development sales targets
Weekend working in line with opening hours
Key requirements
Previous experience selling new-build homes
Strong understanding of the residential sales process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, customer-focused approach
Negotiation and objection-handling capability
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
