Responsibilities
Managing matters from instruction through to post completion
Handling a broad range of residential property and land law work
Running a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Supervising Trainee Lawyers and support staff (desirable)
Meeting time recording and billing targets
Liaising with clients, agents, and local professionals
Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture
Key requirements
5+ years PQE in residential property or wider land law
Strong technical knowledge of Property and Land Law
Confidence managing files independently from start to finish
