You will collaborate with senior fee earners, contribute to business development, and work with colleagues nationwide. The role sits at the heart of a leading UK practice known for its scale and client focus in financial disputes. You will help drive practical resolutions across disputes, pre-litigation, and ADR. Key requirements
Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE
Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with ability to manage workloads and deadlines
Commercial awareness with enthusiasm for business development
Ability to understand client business needs
Ambitious, enthusiastic team player who supports senior fee earners
