Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs, voids and disrepair contracts
Lead and develop operational teams including supervisors, administrators and subcontractors
Build and maintain relationships with local authority and housing association clients
Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and client expectations
Control budgets and commercial performance to maximise profitability
Oversee health and safety compliance and ensure legal/company standards
Review performance and implement best practices
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure quality
Produce operational reports and participate in client review meetings
Identify service improvements and opportunities for contract development
Key requirements
Significant experience managing responsive repairs, voids and disrepair contracts
Strong knowledge of social housing maintenance and property services
Experience leading operational teams and driving performance
Excellent budget management and commercial awareness
Customer-focused with strong client relationship management
Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
