Feature Owner, ADAS

Overview

As a Product Feature Owner at Wayve you will own end-to-end ADAS features from concept to production. You’ll ensure features meet OEM requirements, align with internal roadmaps, and are delivered to spec. You’ll work with OEMs, product, and engineering teams to define scope, set targets, and ensure standards compliance. This role invites you to shape vehicle capabilities and user experience through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning. You will contribute to Wayve’s mission of advancing autonomous driving with scalable, re-usable asset development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for specific ADAS features, ensuring on-time delivery and spec compliance
• Collaborate with feature owners and engineering teams to craft feature specifications and provide active feedback
• Advocate for OEM needs while aligning with Wayve objectives and enabling reusable assets
• Serve as central liaison between OEMs, product, and engineering; participate in agile rituals
• Identify and mitigate risks; evolve the feature roadmap in line with technology progress and company strategy

Key requirements

• Experience with ADAS feature development from concept to production
• Automotive background including requirements management, V-model, ASPICE, quality and validation
• Strong ability to understand and represent OEM customer needs and align expectations
• Technical understanding of ADAS features and hands-on involvement in testing, evaluation, and validation processes

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Customer advocacy and stakeholder alignment
• Proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Technical understanding of ADAS features
• Experience with testing, evaluation, and validation processes
• Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs and recent generative AI methods (Desirable)
