Responsibilities

• assist customers with service enquiries
• manage and optimise workshop bookings
• facilitate communication between customers and technicians
• support service, repairs, diagnostics, MOT services as needed

Key requirements

• previous experience as Service Advisor/Service Receptionist/Service Administrator or similar
• driving licence (full, clean)
• strong organisational and administrative skills

• experience with German vehicles is beneficial
