In this role you will lead and mentor the Accounting & Business Advisory Services team, partnering with senior leadership to deliver high-quality client work. You will focus on developing client relationships while ensuring timely delivery of year-end, management accounts and VAT returns. You will shape advisory projects and support technical queries, contributing to the firm’s service quality and growth.

Responsibilities

• lead and mentor team members and review their work

Key requirements

• ACCA, ACA or ICAS or equivalent experience
• experience producing year-end accounts, management accounts and VAT returns
• strong IT skills with Word, Outlook and Excel
• excellent communication and organisational skills
• leadership experience including coaching and mentoring others
• client-focused and commercially aware
• ability to lead teams and review work
• well organised, reliable and adaptable
