Clinical Consultant - Upper Extremities

Overview

As a Clinical Consultant, you will support complex Upper Extremities surgeries with both clinical and technical expertise. You’ll work in Melbourne on a hybrid schedule, collaborating with surgeons and theatre staff to optimise use of Stryker products. You will train hospital teams, manage in-theatre support, and handle planning and administration for clinical services. Responsibilities

• Provide in-theatre clinical support for Stryker products during complex upper extremities surgeries
• Deliver training and ongoing support to hospital staff on product usage
• Handle daily planning and administration related to clinical support services for Stryker products
• Collaborate with surgeons and theatre teams to optimise product adoption and performance
• Participate in training programs to stay proficient with current technology and practices

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Allied Health or related discipline
• 1-2+ years in a healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing role
• Full, unrestricted Australian driver's license
• Experience in operating theatres or supporting surgical environments (highly regarded)
• Exposure to medical devices, healthcare technology, or anatomy-focused roles
• Confidence engaging with clinicians and delivering training/education
