In this Associate role you will analyse, structure and execute senior and mezzanine UK real estate development loans, ranging from 2m to 25m. You will build and review financial models and support investment decisions through quantitative analysis. You’ll contribute across the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to credit papers and negotiations, while developing relationships with borrowers and funding partners. The position offers broad exposure in an entrepreneurial real estate investment business with meaningful scope to influence deals and outcomes.

Responsibilities
Analyse and structure senior and mezzanine real estate development loans (2m–25m)
Build and review financial models with sensitivity and scenario analysis
Execute transactions via underwriting, due diligence, credit papers and Credit Committee processes
Support negotiations and nurture relationships with borrowers and funding partners throughout the lifecycle
Key requirements
Experience analysing or underwriting real estate debt or real estate investment transactions
Strong financial analysis and financial modelling experience
Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative transaction analysis
