Responsibilities
Design analytical, clinical, and performance studies for diagnostic products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply statistics during product development and validation
Develop statistical analysis plans and ensure appropriate methodologies are used
Program and review analyses, generating tables, figures, and listings (SAS or other tools)
Interpret study results for stakeholders and contribute to technical/regulatory documents
Drive or support continuous improvement of statistical processes, study design, and reporting standards (seniority dependent)
Mentor and support team members according to experience and seniority
Key requirements
Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline
Experience applying statistical methods in scientific/biomedical/clinical research environments
Proficiency in SAS or R for data analysis and reporting
Experience with sample size calculations and study design using tools like nQuery
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to translate statistics for diverse audiences
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and locations
Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning and innovation
