As a Finance Business Partner for fast-growing consumer telecoms brands, you will own the financial performance of your assigned brand portfolio from revenue to EBITDA. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, and deliver insightful month-end analysis for senior leadership. You’ll develop and evaluate commercial investment cases and partner with marketing and commercial leaders to drive decision-making. This high-visibility role sits at the heart of a transformation, offering clear progression into broader leadership as the brand P&Ls scale.

Responsibilities
Own Revenue to EBITDA performance for the brand portfolio
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
Deliver month-end analysis, performance reporting and executive insights
Develop and evaluate commercial and investment business cases
Partner with trading, marketing and commercial leadership teams
Provide challenge, recommendations and commercial guidance to stakeholders
Manage risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
Own forecasting models and KPI reporting
Support proposition launches, pricing decisions and strategic investments
Drive accountability and informed commercial decision making
Key requirements
ACA Big 4 Trained
Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience in a medium to large corporate
Strong commercial finance and business partnering background
Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic decisions
Proven forecasting, budgeting and performance management experience
Exposure to revenue management, cost control and P&L ownership
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Previous experience within a medium-to-large organisation
Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
Experience in telecommunications, consumer, retail or subscription-led environments advantageous but not essential
