Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate and property taxes, capital gains tax, and VAT
• Structure tax-efficient investment solutions for corporate entities
• Guide reorganisations, demergers, and group consolidations
• Advise multinational clients on cross-border tax matters
• Support high-profile transactions for corporate and property teams
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to growth of the team

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in Corporate Tax
• Strong technical and organisational skillset
• Confident communicator with track record of success in high-quality tax transactions
• Ability to manage complex legal matters with precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Motivated for business development and building client relationships
