Responsibilities

• Manage private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy, cohabitation and separation agreements, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Handle children matters within family law cases
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and work collaboratively as a fee earner within the team
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, specialist family law advice and services

Key requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent with demonstrable experience in private family law
• Strong technical knowledge across divorce, financial remedy, nuptial agreements, and children matters
• Ability to build client relationships and work effectively as part of a team
