Global Agency Acquisition Manager, Scaled Growth, EMEA

Overview

In this role, you will lead acquisition and onboarding of large independent agencies across EMEA to drive end-to-end business development. You will build and convert a high-quality pipeline and develop strategic agency relationships, including C-level stakeholders. You’ll represent TikTok at market events and stay ahead of AI and user acquisition trends to identify growth opportunities. This position offers visibility into strategic partnerships and the chance to shape TikTok’s growth in the agency ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and onboarding of large independent agencies across EMEA and manage end-to-end business development
• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and consistently meet pipeline, sales, and partnership targets
• Develop strategic relationships with agency stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, to unlock new opportunities
• Represent TikTok in market through partner meetings, industry events, roundtables, and high-impact engagements
• Stay informed on market trends, AI developments, and user acquisition strategies to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients have access to最佳 monetization tools and products (as relevant)

Key requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or digital advertising
• Proven track record of winning new business and delivering measurable results
