Strategy and Operations Manager, Creative Product, EUI

Overview

In this role you drive data-driven strategic planning and operational excellence for TikTok's Global Creative Strategy and Operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape growth initiatives, manage regional goals, and optimize creative operations to support advertiser success. You’ll own data analytics, reporting cadences, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. This is a chance to influence how global creative initiatives scale across regions and impact the ad business.

Responsibilities

• Shape product growth strategies through data-driven collaboration with Operations to identify priorities and actionable plans.
• Lead strategic planning with operational rigor, including reviews and tracking against regional goals.
• Drive and align on critical regional projects with cross-functional stakeholder buy-in.
• Improve creative operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support regional revenue management, budget and resource planning for Creative Marketing Operations.
• Own regional data analytics framework, data hygiene, FAQs, dataset improvements, metrics alignment, and dashboard creation.
• Design and govern attainment reporting cadences for clear accountability among Ops members.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on priority advertisers, pods, or industries to unlock revenue.
• Quantify creative KPIs and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key requirements

• Master's degree in Analytical field
• 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting or data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
