Overview

In this role you will join a top national Restructuring & Insolvency team, advising on a broad range of matters from day one. You will work with senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases for insolvency practitioners, lenders, and corporates, gaining exposure to contentious and non-contentious work. The firm offers strong development, a collaborative culture, and international opportunities. You will help drive investigations, asset tracing, and corporate insolvency initiatives while building relationships and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters
• Support senior team members on complex cases
• Work on contentious matters including disputes and recovery actions
• Build internal and external relationships and contribute to business development

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor ideally NQ-3 PQE
• Experience in restructuring & insolvency or transferable background (dispute resolution, commercial, corporate)
• Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness, excellent communication
