Overview

In this L&D Specialist role you own learning projects end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders to uncover true needs and design effective learning experiences. You’ll keep Thrive running smoothly, manage content, and use data to improve outcomes. You’ll explore AI-enabled approaches to accelerate design and delivery while maintaining quality. The role offers broad exposure across L&D initiatives, with coaching and development opportunities within a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to explore growth opportunities and shape the right learning solutions
• Design, test and refine engaging, discovery-led learning experiences and pilot ideas before scaling
• Maintain Thrive content, support users, monitor data and report on improvements
• Leverage AI to design, develop and deliver learning efficiently while ensuring quality
• Facilitate learning sessions (e.g., Laminar Way) and contribute to various L&D initiatives

Key requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, or consultancy
• Understanding of what makes learning effective and ability to design applicable experiences
• Curiosity about learning technology and AI to enhance learning design
• Clear communication, relationship-building, and audience-adaptive communication
• Proactive ownership, comfort with ambiguity, decision-making within remit
• Interest in growth, continuous improvement and using Individual Development Plans
