In this role you will drive revenue growth for Schrödinger's digital chemistry platform within a life sciences territory. You will manage end-to-end sales with biotech customers and collaborate with Applications Scientists, Deployment Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to tailor value-led solutions. You’ll navigate complex stakeholders and respond to market needs, shaping how customers advance drug discovery. This is a strategic, cross-functional role where your account plans and negotiation skills directly influence growth and customer success.

Responsibilities
Identify and close new software and services opportunities in your territory
Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet business objectives
Manage all engagements with assigned accounts with cross-functional coordination
Maintain accurate sales forecast and client activity tracking in Salesforce
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at accounts
Provide client feedback and market insights to internal product managers and scientific support
Key requirements
At least five years of experience selling complex scientific software solutions
Understanding of the drug discovery process
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline
Track record of exceeding targets
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Effective communicator capable of explaining complex scientific solutions
Creative problem-solver tailoring solutions to customer needs
