Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - FS

Overview

In this Transfer Pricing role, you will provide expert TP advice to financial services clients and manage cross‑jurisdiction engagements. You’ll lead project delivery, coordinate with tax and advisory teams, and develop junior staff while maintaining client relationships. You’ll drive profitability through sound budgeting, reporting, and business development, contributing to KPMG’s growing TP practice in a collaborative, client‑centric environment. This is a chance to shape TP solutions for complex, multinational clients and advance within a respected global firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical transfer pricing advice to financial services clients across topics
• Build and maintain client relationships as main point of contact
• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of multiple projects across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with TP, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams
• Manage project budgets and billing to ensure profitable engagements
• Coach and develop junior team members; deliver training and on‑the‑job coaching
• Ensure timely reporting to senior management
• Identify new opportunities and support business development and market initiatives
• Aim to win transfer pricing work and expand client footprint

Key requirements

• CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA or Bachelor/Master in economics, finance, law, accounting, or equivalent
• Substantial transfer pricing experience including documentation, value chain analyses, benchmarking, APAs/enquiries
• Strong judgment to assess risk and involve others as needed
• Analytical mindset with commercial approach to advising
• High drive, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
• Strong commercial awareness and technical upskilling of the team
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Ethical/risk awareness in client service
• Excellent people, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in the Financial Services industry
