In this role, you will drive tailored finance and insurance solutions for customers, supporting the Sales team at Hyundai Bristol. You’ll ensure compliant financial practices while pushing performance against targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with colleagues to grow new and used vehicle sales through add-on products, including financing and protection plans. This is a values-driven, customer-centric opportunity to shape the dealership’s finance experience and build long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities
Build, present and convert finance and insurance solutions to meet customer needs
Ensure full compliance with financial and insurance regulations
Support delivery of the Group’s ActiveSales process
Drive departmental performance to meet/exceed targets
Engage with customers delivering first-class service
Support colleagues to maximise vehicle sales and add-on products (finance, warranty, paint protection, insurance)
Key requirements
Previous experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager in automotive (preferred)
Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Customer-centric approach and genuine service mindset
