Responsibilities

• Advise on wills, probate and related estate matters
• Identify and value assets and manage distributions and debts
• Manage a varied caseload and provide clear, practical legal advice
• Draft and prepare documents for private client matters
• Support and collaborate with the wills and probate team on complex cases
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development activities
• Provide compassionate support to bereaved clients and families

Key requirements

• 1+ year PQE
