Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across complex disputes
• Support strategic client relationships and business development
• Handle high-value litigation, including High Court and multi-track matters
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Leeds practice
• Engage in ADR, mediation and settlement negotiations

Key requirements

• 6+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience handling complex/high-value disputes
• Autonomy in managing matters
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation abilities
• Commercial mindset with interest in business development
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience
