Live In Carer

Overview

In this Live In Carer role you support individuals in their homes with daily living activities and personal care. You work closely with clients and their care plans to maintain safety and comfort, offering companionship and emotional support. The role blends independent, self-managed tasks with team collaboration to ensure high-quality home-based care. This position provides accommodation and a flexible schedule, offering meaningful impact in clients' everyday lives.

Pay / Benefits

• Accommodation provided
• Flexible working hours (including weekends and evenings)
• Competitive pay: 750 - 850 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in clients' homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment for the client
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Key requirements

• Valid DBS certificate
• Previous care-related experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• GCSEs or equivalent

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Basic medical knowledge
