In this role you will assemble and wire electrical control panels for diverse sectors, contributing to reliable, safe electrical systems. You will work within a Birmingham-based facility as part of a manufacturing team, delivering high-quality panel assemblies. You will tackle wiring, schematics interpretation, and fault-finding to support product readiness. This position offers hands-on manufacturing experience with strong safety and quality standards, in a reputable engineering environment.

Responsibilities
Wiring and assembly of electrical control panels and cabinets
Point-to-point wiring and cable routing
Crimping, terminating, and soldering cables and components
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and GA drawings
Mechanical and electrical assembly work
Working to high quality and safety standards
Supporting testing and fault-finding activities where required
Key requirements
Previous experience in panel wiring or control panel assembly
Experience with cable termination, crimping, and soldering
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Experience with point-to-point wiring and cable routing
Ability to work independently and deliver work to specification
