Overview

In this role, you will provide compassionate, at‑home care to older clients, supporting independence and daily living. You will be matched with regular clients for consistent visits, handling tasks such as companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and shopping. The position offers guaranteed or flexible hours, with paid training and opportunities to grow within a private, high‑end home care setting. You will work in a close, mission‑driven team focused on excellent client service.

Pay / Benefits

Responsibilities

• Provide care and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities: meal preparation, light cleaning, shopping
• Take clients out for errands or outings (e.g., garden center)
• Maintain regular, scheduled visits with matched clients (minimum 1 hour)
• Benefit from planned travel time and mileage reimbursement
• Participate in induction and ongoing training (including Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Parkinson’s care)
• Engage with clients using an open‑door, friendly approach
• Support clients’ independence and wellbeing in a private at‑home setting
• Work in both part‑time and full‑time capacities with different shift patterns
