Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer care and act as the liaison between customers and workshop
Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated throughout the process
Liaise with Technicians/Workshop Control about vehicle statuses
Ensure vehicles are ready on time
Offer the best advice on products and services to customers
Adapt to flexible patterns including weekends to meet service goals
Key requirements
Experience as a busy Service Advisor in the motor trade
Willingness to learn and progress
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong customer service background
Good attention to detail
Working knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous
