Senior Business Development Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the Midlands region, driving credible lending origination with a lender that supports growth through capital and credit alignment. You’ll build long-term broker partnerships and work cross-functionally with sales and underwriting to improve conversion and broker experience. The focus is on quality origination over short-term volume, contributing to the lender’s growth and profitability. This opportunity combines relationship leadership with deal structuring in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary 70,000 to 75,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Build and manage broker relationships across the Midlands region
• Originate bridging and commercial term lending opportunities
• Conduct face-to-face broker meetings and regional market engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for brokers through the deal lifecycle

Key requirements

• Experience as an external BDM within bridging finance or commercial term lending
