Overview

As Site Manager you will lead a prime fit-out delivery in London, accountable for coordinating subcontractors and ensuring project profitability. You will work closely with site supervision and contracts to quote, order, and manage works, while meeting strict deadlines and client submission dates. You’ll drive cost control and timely valuations, collaborating with accounts to resolve issues. This role centers on delivering a bespoke service on a flagship education project and broader healthcare, residential, and commercial work, shaping site performance and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and their payments, including re-measures and site orders
• Coordinate with site supervisor and contracts manager on daily activities and quotes
• Identify and act on opportunities to maximize profitability
• Manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure timely valuations
• Interface with accounts to monitor costs and monthly spend
