Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Global Mobility clients, focusing on UK-headquartered private/fast-growth entities
Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality tax services
Oversee day-to-day delivery of UK and US mobility tax compliance and advisory work with technical excellence
Collaborate across service lines and global teams to spot UK/US mobility opportunities
Drive new tax projects and grow business from existing and target clients
Mentor and develop junior team members and participate in strategic management decisions

Key requirements

Expertise in UK/US taxation, including cross-border issues
Strong client-relations skills, including engagement with senior executives and C-suite
Project management abilities to plan, prioritise, and manage budgets
Ability to provide clear, practical tax advice in UK and US contexts
Experience reviewing complex UK/US federal/state tax returns and leading advisory projects
Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to innovation
Risk identification, review, and escalation capabilities
Commercially aware, client-focused problem solver
Qualified member of ATT and eligible to practice US tax (EA or CPA)
Experience in professional services
