Overview

In this role you will drive growth for OnTheMarket by sourcing new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the product suite. You will join a collaborative sales team on a mission to make OnTheMarket the UK’s leading residential portal. You’ll engage with property professionals, tailor proposals, and represent the brand at industry events. You help shape strategies that connect clients with our real estate data and marketplace capabilities, delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client base for OnTheMarket (OTM)
• Understand the OTM product suite and align it with client needs
• Identify and contact potential clients to generate leads
• Meet with clients in person to advance deals
• Negotiate terms with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks and report results
• Leverage communication skills and product knowledge to pitch effectively
• Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals

Key requirements

• Proven sales track record, ideally in online marketplaces, portals or B2B settings
• Experience growing and retaining clients over medium to long term
• Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work toward metrics
• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• Consultative selling with account management capability
• Ability to navigate large organizations and align stakeholders
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record before start
