Responsibilities
Provide commercial and strategic legal advice to the business
Advise on insurance-related legal and regulatory matters
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
Support senior stakeholders on complex, business-critical matters
Identify and manage legal and regulatory risk
Collaborate with teams across the wider international business
Manage external counsel where appropriate
Key requirements
Qualified solicitor or equivalent
Strong insurance sector experience
Solid understanding of the London insurance market
Practical, commercially focused legal advice
Experience working with senior business stakeholders
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Open to both in-house and private practice lawyers transitioning in-house
