Senior AI Security Technologist

Overview

In this role you will shape secure AI adoption for an international commerce organization. You will work with architects, developers and engineering teams to secure AI platforms from design to deployment, developing reusable security patterns and addressing risks in LLMs, RAG, and autonomous/agentic systems. You will explore AI-driven methods to strengthen cyber security capabilities while staying technically hands-on. This is a rare opportunity to become an industry leader in AI security within a hybrid setup in Reading or Central London.

Responsibilities

• Secure AI platforms and solutions from design through deployment
• Create reusable security patterns and challenging designs
• Tackle emerging risks across LLMs, RAG and autonomous/agentic systems
• Collaborate with architects, developers and engineering teams
• Explore how AI can enhance cyber security capabilities

Key requirements

• Strong security architecture background with application security and AI/LLM security architecture experience
• Hands-on technical capability while providing leadership
• Practical exposure to platforms such as GCP Vertex AI/Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Claude or OpenAI
