In this role you will shape Perk's global brand, embedding brand thinking across all touchpoints and driving the largest awareness investment to date. You’ll lead a senior team across brand, content, campaigns, and creative, balancing creativity with commercial impact. You will set the vision, ensure operational excellence, and own the brand marketing budget and outcomes. This is about building an iconic, globally loved brand that challenges conventions in a dynamic B2B market. Your work will influence strategy, partnerships, and how millions experience work through Perk.

Responsibilities

• Shape global perception of Perk and how the brand shows up across touchpoints
• Lead the largest brand awareness investment and oversee a senior team (brand, content, campaigns, creative)
• Push creative boundaries, deliver work with emotional impact
• Set vision, drive operational excellence, and own the brand marketing budget, performance, and outcomes
• Operate at the intersection of creativity, commercial impact, and executional rigor
• Scale a brand that is known and loved across regions and time zones

Key requirements

• 15+ years in brand marketing, with B2B and ideally B2C experience
• Deep experience building brands for US markets
• Proven ability to own and optimize large-scale brand budgets
• Experience in brand measurement, reporting, and health tracking
• Agency collaboration experience is a plus
• Comfort operating across time zones
